Employment agency Unique was looking to innovate and drive value for both job seekers and recruiters, improving job application processes and making it more effective and fun.
Together with metaverse-building platform Ravel, we developed the Uniqueverse
– a space that completely reinvents the traditional job application process. Up until now the application process for a job has followed the same set of rules, but as technology continues to evolve, so too does our way of doing things. The Uniqueverse offers a novel and engaging way for job seekers to connect with potential employers. Users can create their own avatars, engage with recruiters about potential jobs and take part in a small talent scan that recognises both hard and soft skills. Anonymous and CV-less applications are possible within this space, which allows for a fairer process where an applicant’s unique set of talents is brought to the forefront.
